Apply online
It takes about five minutes, and works fine on a phone.

Short assessment
From Primary 2 upwards there is a short English and maths test. It is only there to help us put your child in the right class.

Offer and first day
The office will call to confirm the place and agree a start date with you.
What to bring
- A copy of your child's birth certificate
- Health and immunisation record
- Two passport photos of your child
- Last terminal report, for pupils coming from another school
Fees
Fees are paid termly and depend on your child’s class. Everything that is included is listed on the schedule, so nothing should catch you by surprise mid-term.

Questions parents ask
What curriculum do you follow?
We teach a broad international curriculum, with English, maths, science and computing at its core. It focuses on helping children understand ideas, think for themselves, solve problems and explain their thinking, rather than learning things off by heart.
My child is coming from a school with a different curriculum. Will they cope?
Yes. Children join us from all kinds of schools. We place your child by age and readiness, and from Primary 2 up there is a short English and maths test to help us choose the right class.
Can I visit before applying?
Please do. Give us a call or send a message and we will find a time that suits you.
Can my child transfer from another school?
Yes, into any class from nursery up to Primary 6. Bring their last terminal report so we can place them properly.
My child has never been to school. Will they cope?
Most little ones cry for the first few days, then settle in. The teacher will let you know honestly how it is going.
Can my child join in the middle of a term?
Yes, as long as there is room in the class. We will tell you straight if we think it would be better to wait.
Does applying online guarantee a place?
Not on its own. The place is confirmed once the office has called you.
We are not Christians. Can our child still join?
Yes. Stedokrist is a Christian school, but children from every faith are welcome. Ask us about our weekly devotion when you visit, and we will explain how it works.
